Its boned structure braces your back, the inner velcro adjusts around your waist, and the outer Velcro allows you to pull the shoulder straps to the tightness of your choice. It’s that easy!The fabric is lightweight and pliable made from 87% nylon and 13% spandex which allows for plenty of stretch and superior comfort. It works well on top or under clothing and stays comfortable all day long.After just a few days of wearing I could tell it helped with pain between my shoulder blades that I often experience due to my job and slouching. I’m hoping in a week I’ll be able to walk around balancing books on my head!It includes a pamphlet with easy to follow instructions for wearing, care, and has Frequently Asked Questions that are very informative. I could feel a difference in my posture the first time I wore this. I work as a nurse in an assisted living facility and I was able to work all day without being uncomfortable. This product provides support, but without causing you to feel constrained with movement. It is also easy to put on and adjust. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Helps my back, straps dig a little. *by A***A on June 9, 2025* I only gave this 4 stars because of where the straps dig in at the point they start to go under my arm. Also, being a bigger person, while it goes on easily enough and fits okay, I find it hard to get it back off. I have only had it a few days but it already does help my back as I sit and it offers good support. I have not tried it at work where I stand and move more and I am not sure I will do so as it digs into my arms in the front where the straps sit no matter how I try and adjust it. The shoulder strap part and the rest of it is fairly comfortable, even after wearing 3 hours. That is as long as I can wear it right not because of the way the straps dig into my arms right where they start to go under.
