A: It was recommended to us by a chef who uses it in his Niçoise salads. Once we used it, we never used anything else. I would suggest trying it.

**Q: what's the expiration date of the product if I order now?**
A: Hi Yumi, we usually buy 24 tins at a time. Our last order was in October 2020 and the expiration date is 2026. In over 10 years of purchasing this wonderful product, we have never had a problem. It is such a treat. if you want to go one step further, try their Ventresca.
