The strap came with a tool and 4 extra spring bars, but I didn't even need to touch the bars to switch bands. Lesson learned! I love the black-on-black look of the ban, watch case, and watch face. Hoping they offer some braided styles with black hardware, too, in the future. The fabric seems to be high quality, and the metal buckle looks solid as well. It's a bit long, but I have a 6" wrist, so I'll fold it under for now.
