A: I would get the tablets that are for steam cleaners and rent or buy a steam cleaner. The steam cleaner tablets are also less expensive.

**Q: How long is product good for once it's mixed?**
A: I’m sure it’s good for a pretty long time. I go at least two months before I use it up and it’s still good. Let s just say I use it up before I would find out how long it lasts😉.

A: We use Jackson Galaxy for pet stains primarily on carpets where it works very well. One package makes 23 oz. to fill the spray bottle so that's the amount of water in a bucket if you plan to scrub the floor. Depending on how big your basement is and how porous the floor is you would probably need several packages.

**Q: will this product work as a prewash to completely remove the scent from sheets & blankets?**
A: I think you could find something better.

So far I think it works. I have tried 2 other chemicals. Rocco Roxy lemon, smelled like lemon squeezed over the pee. Then Pooph cat spray, it smelled less like lemon cat pee. And finally this by Jackson galaxy. So far it’s the most pleasant, very lightly fragranced. We will see how it goes. It seems like these things seem like they are working but in a couple days the stink is back. I will try to update in a couple of days. I do want to add that the Rocco one worked well on all materials other than the faux leather. It’s like the leather really holds the stink… I don’t think the pooph helped with the stink leather
