It was easy to assemble and is easy to operate. The bike is solidly built. On my commute to work, I reach peak speeds just under 40mph! (with both motors running) The bike handles the speed very well, and never feels unsafe. I have an 8 mile commute to work riding on a country highway and it is a pleasure. Customer service is fantastic. There is a small metal guard that protects the derailer. It did it's job, as my box was damaged in shipping. The guard got bent, and prevented the bike from shifting beyond second gear. I emailed the company, they requested a picture, diagnosed the problem. I removed the guard and the bike shifted perfectly. Then sent a new guard with I have already reinstalled and everything is great. The only "wish" I have for this bike is an integrated tail light with brake lights instead of just having a reflector. However, my bike helmets has illumination and turn signals and that solves that issue for me.
