In the course of an hour was uawakened 47 times. That meant I only slept for 13 minutes in an hour. Thus, severe sleep apena! I tried this 'sphere' and it is fabulous. I can see that someone with a fatty or muscluar back could possibly sleep on this and therefore not get the same results. I think this ingenious idea should be better advertised. It is amazing.
