They sprout with in a few weeks. Very tasty growing your own mushrooms ### ⭐ Never Grew *by F***1 on December 18, 2024* I ordered one block from Amazon (Blue Oyster) and another (Italian Oyster) with their grow kit directly from their site. The Italian Oyster grew with in a week and made 1.5lbs of mushrooms. A 2nd flush never happened. Its been about 4 weeks now. However, The blue Oysters ordered from Amazon never grew. I am very disappointment and felt this was a waste of money. While they are fun to grow, it is not cost effective when blocks fail. In the long run it might be cheaper to just buy gourmet mushrooms from a local farmers market.
