A: Serving Size 2 tbsp (30g), Total Fat 8g, Saturated Fat 1g, Trans Fat 0g, Cholesterol 0mg, Sodium 130mg, Total Carbohydrate less than 1g, Dietary Fiber less than 1g, Total Sugars 0g, Added Sugars 0g, Protein less than 1g.

**Q: How quickly must the black truffle sauce be used after the jar is opened?**
A: It says consume within 7 days after opening but I have refrigerated a jar for nearly a month with no degradation in flavor. If I know I am not using it all within a couple weeks. I will freeze the sauce, and have had no issues with it changing the product. Either way, it’s still just as good as when I first opened it.
