My tummy is a bit swollen so what I do is that I split the stretchy paper a little in the front where my scar is - and fold to fit around my protruding belly - only because I don’t want any pressure applied, just now, these couple of weeks post surgery. These desertcart panties are softer, more stretchy and considerably cheaper than the firmer but beautifully made Tena. But they’re FABULOUS - I don’t want to tempt fate but I’ve not had any leaks: 1- they’re super absorbent, even at night 2- they’re a reasonable price 3- I chose “M” even though I was tempted by the “L” on my second order- but they’re a good snug fit (my hip measurement could apply to either so I didn’t want to risk the “L” leaking).
