That said I personally think the lyposomal C tastes a bit worse (I take both). The best way I have found to take this is to add to 2 onces of pineapple juice and chug. It's not that bad. I actually find the smell (sulfuric) a little worse than the actual taste. Benefits: ok so I usually am the person that reads everyone else's benefits, buys the product and then does not feel any of those benefits myself. That has not been my experience with this.
