Yes, yes, I know, named that way for the politicians. BUT, we do get a lot of foul weather and strong winds too. And this umbrella has been able to survive two lousy falls, winters and springs. Feels strong like it won't bend the opposite way that it's supposed to with a stiff wind. Although it catches the wind and pulls pretty hard. I feel like having a double top is the best design because it allows air to vent between the two sections when there is a big gust of wind instead of pulling you and the umbrella with it. This is the only reason I am giving it a 4 stars.
