First thing I did was go into a dark room and shine flash light on it still in its package. If it didn't reflect, I would be good to return this without issue. It did not reflect!!! Last attempt I took some painter tape and hung on the wall, in the dark and got about 20 feet away and turned on flash light.....like David Copperfield magic it reflected silver!!!!!! Man I was sooooo releived!! At this point I am highly satisfied. Essentially an iridescent film on top of green glow in the dark adhesive backed vinyl. Decent enough that I was able to use it to cover a watch dial for a unique effect during the daytime and a full lume dial when it’s dark out. The glow effect doesn’t last particularly long but it’s still a neat item.
