Review: Easy to use and great color. - Love the color and ease of use. It’s more compact than our older one which I really like.
Review: Had no idea Keurig was a ghost - Bought at the end of July 2023. At first, this coffee maker was GREAT!! We used it all last summer and my wife couldn’t stop raving about how much she loved making coffee in it. Fall came and we packed it away for next season. This summer we unpacked it in June and on our first day out it let me go through all the steps to brew a cup. I made my selections and set it on its way. It started heating up the water and about 15 seconds in it shut itself off. Completely. Never to turn on again. We got home a month later after carting this deadweight around and contacted Keurig on their support page. Three weeks went by without a response (don’t get me started on the absence of even a confirmation e-mail) so I tried again. It’s been a week and a half (double the predicted response time) and not a peep out of Keurig. Which is basically Keirig’s ‘ghost treatment” way of saying “Yeah… Um… Uhhh, thanks for your money, we’re really sorry you only got 3.01 months use from your coffee maker but since you didn’t report that .01 month failure until the end of the warranty period we’re just gonna not even respond, let alone do or offer anything”. My advice? Get something different. We paid (wasted) good money for something that should have lasted for years and years but I guess our money will now be going to a competitor.

Bought at the end of July 2023. At first, this coffee maker was GREAT!! We used it all last summer and my wife couldn’t stop raving about how much she loved making coffee in it. ### ⭐⭐⭐ It won’t turn on after 2 months only…

* There’s a RESET on the thermostat” I’m not so sure how to rate the product as we never experienced anything negative with Keurig before. I bought my parents their 1st Keurig 14 years ago and it’s still working (my step-brother owns it now). My parents bought the Keurig K-Slim almost 2 years ago and never had any issues!! My stepdad needed another one for the place he lives when he works out of town so he asked me to order a second one!! We got it mid-July and 2 months later, it stopped working!! It won’t even turn on. As my stepdad didn’t got his morning coffee that day, he was more than upset. He tried everything to make it work and wanted to thrown it away. I asked him to bring it back and I would see what I can do. As the return delay was already past, the only option was to contact Keurig’s customer service which I wasn't really thrilled… Before trying to reach the company, I did some searches, read a lot of reviews and apparently, A LOT of people have the same problem « IT WON’T TURN ON »!! As per what I read in the reviews, people are getting frustrated with the customer service, they end up throwing their Keurig away and buy another one!! Unfortunately, it’s a bad way for the company to make profit and take advantage of their customers!! With all the complaints about the K-Slim they should do something!! Or maybe just tell HOW to fix the problem…because it is “fixable”!! During my searches, I ended up on a YouTube video « How To Fix Keurig K-Slim Coffee Maker No Power RESET IT ». I would suggest to watch it and give it a try!! I don’t own a coffee maker as I don’t drink coffee, but, I had to try!! Finding a paperclip was the hardest part!! It took less than 10 minutes (4 screws, removed the back panel, the side and the top, reset it and put everything back up) and VOILA…..the light turned on!! On my side, it’s a win-win situation as I didn’t loose my time with the customer service and my stepdad is happy!! Maybe it will be temporary and we will have to reset it again, but at least, we know how to do it.
