## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why did you suddenly increase the price of this from $89 to $179 in the last two weeks?**
A: I thought Amazon was suppose to stop price  GOUGING during the Covid-19 outbreak?

**Q: Does this come with toilet seat bumpers or are they unnecessary with this bidet?**
A: Our bidet fits majority of toilets without the need of bumpers. In some cases, the toilet seat may require bumpers. I would recommend buying this bidet without the bumpers and then seeing if you need them.

**Q: Does this fit elongated seats?**
A: "Elongated or otherwise" makes NO difference.  It is the mounting you need to worry about AND it will fit "elongated".......However having said that, I am having trouble with the water hitting my "butt".  It seems that you must change the angle of the water delivery by shimming the front edge up or down to get the proper angle of the water spray.  I don't think you should have to do that!!!!!!!!!

**Q: Is gold Switch available?Mine broke!**
A: I would like to know the answer to this too because I think mine is about to break.
