I received a 120V device, which is completely incompatible with Dubai’s 220–240V electricity.When I plugged in the device, it exploded immediately, releasing a burning smell. This incident caused me extreme stress, especially as I have a pre-existing heart condition. I am currently taking medication (Poxicad 20, Axabin 20, and Fluoxetine 20), and this dangerous product has severely affected my health and well-being.This is completely unacceptable.
