Wasn't sure what machine to buy. There were simular, and a little cheeper machines out there but they had some bad reviews about there performance..This one was a little bit more money but only had bad reviews about poor installation or shipping damage.. Mine came in the mail with no damage, and i installed it myself.. Its heavy tho. Had to modify my outer window sill to accomidate a bracket for it. But other than that.
