Can I purchase more than 1 bottle at a time (using 1 sphere per day from a 60ct bottle)?** A: We just purchase a bottle and the use by date is 12/ 21 so it has a pretty long shelf life. No problem getting 2 bottles **Q: Do these need to be refrigerated?** A: Yes, we ship it with a cold pack from our refrigerated warehouse via 2-day shipping. **Q: Does this ship in an ice box?** A: I believe it is in a box with ice packs. By the time it arrives in AZ its melted but still cool. **Q: what's the difference between sphere and pearl probiotics?** A: I don't know but it is kept cool on the way to me and then in my fridge, tried other things, but hard to find, Designs for Health products were recommended by my endocrinologist.
