The ball comes back at you quite fast so you have to move quicker than normal but it's a good aid for getting your return down. It came with a rubber base pad missing and putting the string on the ball was a pain. The base is also too small and can't hold enough water so the base moves around a lot when hitting the ball. If they made the base bigger / heavier it would solve that problem. Also - if the ball came already attached that would also be a good move. p.s. why are there so many snow cleat reviews for this product in the reviews section?? ### ⭐ Missing parts *by S***B on Reviewed in the United States on August 25, 2018* Did not receive the metal connector piece that allows you to string the tennis ball and attach it to the base. Managed to get the job done with a craft needle and large safety pin. Also, once you put water in it, you can't get it out due to the way the base is designed. Likely to have some pretty gross water in there after awhile. It would make more sense to me to provide additional balls with this set instead of 5 pieces of elastic cord. The cord you could buy almost anywhere - the tennis ball with the strap sewn in to attach the cord - not so much. So - this is only decent as long as the ball maintains it's bounce. Suggest you purchase other similar product that offers a way to drain the base when not in use and also provides additional tennis balls. ### ⭐ Not worth it *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on October 24, 2018* Good idea, bad execution. First, even full of water it gets dragged sideways when the ball is hit, due to the string being secured on the front edge as opposed to the top, causing you to have to rotate around it. Second, the string is too short. Third, the string not elastic enough to overcome it's own drag on the ground (which is probably why the string is shorter). Because of all of this, you have to forcefully hit the ball at an upwards angle that you'd never use in a game. A longer, highly elastic string that is waxed to reduce friction might work, but as it is this item is useless.
