Before using this bag holder it was a two person operation filling a ziplock bag with liquid it was a two person operation. Two people at the kitchen sink over power the bag and we almost always had to clean the outside of the bag and the sealing strip before sealing the bag. It was my job to hold the bag and I dreaded it. Not so now, I do the dipping and this device holds the bag.
