I used the sizing chart instructions, outlined and measured the length of my feet on paper, then used the sizing chart to determine the recommended size. It fell just beyond a men's size 12, so I went up to a men's size 13 (which is my normal shoe size). When they arrived, it was a challenge getting my feet into the toe thong as it was very tight (I'm between a D and E width). I wore them around the house for a couple of days thinking they would break in, but nope, quite uncomfortable. So I ordered the same sandal, but went up a size to men's 14. That did the trick, fits perfectly and feels great! I also ordered a pair of OOahh Sport Flex Recovery Sandals in men's size 13, and those fit perfectly and feel just as great on my feet. So, I would recommend ordering your normal shoe size for Oofos sandals that aren't toe thong style. For the toe thong sandals, you may need to go up another size because the straps are really tight if you have wider or thicker feet. Review: Love them - 2 1/2 years of constant use! They feel like walking on marshmallows, yet supported. The sides come way back so you never feel like they'll fall off like a cheap pair of thongs. I love them!
