My arms have cellulite and these have decreased my cellulite SO MUCH! I have notices a tighter toned arm. They are easy to use. I got a size XL and they fit perfectly. I wonder if I should have got a large so they'd be tighter, but I guess that's up to preference. This size has no compression effect on me and I have to pull them up really high so they don't slip down. But aside from that, a good buy.
