**Q: How do I take care of my Frogglez swimming goggles?**
A: Rinse your kids swim goggles and strap with clean water after each use. Let them air dry before storing them safely away. Never leave Frogglez toddler goggles outside in the sun or heat, as that will shorten the life of the product.

**Q: What is anti-fog coating?**
A: All Frogglez swimming goggles have a special anti-fog coating applied to the inside of the lenses.This coating deteriorates over time. Please avoid touching the inside of the lens, instead, rinse it with fresh water and let it air dry.

**Q: What are the black rings on my goggles?**
A: Your Frogglez kids pool goggles grow with your child. For small kids, take out the black extender rings & simply thread the Velcro strap directly through the goggles to fit. As they grow, you may use the black extender rings to adjust the strap.

**Q: What should I do if water is getting into the swimming lens?**
A: Leaking swim goggles are usually caused by straps that are too loose. Use the Velcro tabs to make minor adjustments without taking the kids swimming goggles off. You may also take out the extender rings if you need to make bigger adjustments.

**Q: There’s a problem with the product that I received, how can you help?**

### ⭐ Does not fit, very uncomfortable

These are awful! I have a 4 almost 5 year old and a 7 year old. I bought 2, neither of them fit at all and there is no way to make them tighter. They keep no water out and I will not buy these again. There is big gaps that I cannot close to the face on both pairs of goggles. Its It's literally a one size only fits one specific size kind of system. There is no suction and both my kids said the bottom of the goggles is hard/sharp and hurts their face. They both are in swim school and have used goggles for a while now, but cannot use these ones. I thought these were a good brand, and let online targeting guide me, but it didnt work out. The packaging is as such that you have to tear it to open it, so there is no returning it.
