Everything was intact and packaged in the box - which leads me to my gripe. My sibling bought this monitor at the same time, same day, but it arrived a day before mine. That's not the issue so don't go there. They received incorrect parts for the monitor. In the diagram of the manual it states the base needs an M5 bolt?? I'm not too knowledgeable about the definitive term but what arrived for them was a rounded head plastic screw. And if it's SUPPOSED to be in the base of the monitor, it's not going to sit firmly on a flat surface. (I am aware it has the option for brackets to be adhered to the wall or a bracket but that also wasn't available in the box either.) So I've bought some M5s for reserve but I am not happy about that I've had to funnel more money for something that was supposed to come with the product as stated in the manual. But because it wasn't my delivered product I didn't mark it down in overall review. The tilt discourse is something I do agree with, it doesn't tilt nearly as much as the image suggests but it doesn't bother me much at all.
