**Q: Is the color quality & brightness of this model better than on the 720p models?**
A: Yes
The quality is out.

**Q: Can I buy a gun mount for this product ?**
A: If you would like to buy a Picatinny rail mount to put the camera on a AR or pistol with rail, you can go to Tachyon Inc. website. If you want a camera for the shotgun for clays or hunting, you should get a different camera from Amazon that included mount and padding fit to 12 - 28 gauge, O/U, semi or pump.

**Q: All mounts are included in the package?**
A: The package has all the mounts and cap shown as on the photo. You only need to buy a micro memory card, suggested 16GB for four hours, 32GB for eight hours or 64GB for seventeen hours.

**Q: Is there built in stability in this camera? I would like to use it for dog training where I will be following dog in field.**
A: I do not know how vigorous your movements will be.  I use it to record how I perform during pistol competitions.  For my intended use(while mounted on my baseball cap), it is stable enough.  I get good and sharp recordings with some bounce.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Before buying, check out mini video cams for RC devices such as drones

I was impressed by the online video footage from the Tachyon camera and the features, so I ordered one as a hatcam for competitive shooting. As I was waiting for the camera, I participated in a USPSA match in which some users had different models of hatcams that I had never seen before. These cameras were much smaller than the Tachyon, could record up to 4K video, had wifi connections with cellphones which could be used as viewfinders, and were almost 3 times cheaper than the Tachyon. These are videocameras for RC vehicles and drones, and there are MANY competing models, all with more advanced features (e.g. 4K, 2.7K, 1080p60fps), but smaller, lighter and MUCH cheaper ($65-$80 range) than the Tachyon. And they actually look fantastic as hatcams. So I returned my Tachyon and ordered one of those instead. I did not switch to save money, but rather to get access to more advanced features in a smaller lighter package. Note that the Tachyon is a perfectly fine videocamera for shooting sports. It serves its purpose very well. But it just happens that there are many mini videocameras on the market, which were designed for RC vehicles but can make great hatcams for shooting. Check out the Runcam 2, the Foxeer Legend 2, and the Mobius 2 or even the Mobius Mini. None of those come with gun mounts or hat mounts, but they do come with velcro, which can be used to attach to a hat.
