Used these (package of 2) to mount Gymnaatics rings to the ceiling. Came with lag screws for wood or anchor bolts for cement. I ended up using different bolts for my specific ceiling but the mounts themselves hold up great. Supposed to be rated to 700lbs. If you plan to mount them to the underside of basement joists then use a 3/8 bit to prevent splitting. Also you'll want to sandwich the joist between two boards with a nut and bolt for added support - I don't think a pressure-treated joist would hold up otherwise.Do these things and it'll safely hold more than my weight of 140 pounds.Other than that, the construction of these are great. You'll never break them.
