Windows 8.1 is a worthwhile upgrade and then tweaking the settings to get it right for how you like it.The bluetooth is not great, if you want to use bluetooth headphones or speakers the range is very poor. I have used a pair of bluetooth headphones and speakers both are good with my phone. But both are bad with the laptop. It may be fixed with an update, but I doubt it. The audio breaks up when your hand goes in to type and there is a delay in the audio, which makes watching films awfall.Other than that, the display is good. Start up is 17 seconds from pressing the button to desktop. I like having touchscreen and the mouse. For maps and some apps the touchscreen is better than the mouse. Most of the time I use the mouse. The speakers are the best I have heard for a laptop, not amazing, but not terrible.
