I like that the back-heel and the bottom-heel connects to stay together. At least twice this has happened: I use a back-heel insert that is "attached" to the shoe and as I walk, the insert starts poking out of the shoe and kinda just flap as I walk. It's quite embarrassing in a professional setting. I haven't had that issue with these inserts at all. Also, I like the gel-material because it's clear and easy to switch between shoe colors and so so cool on a hot summer's day. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ good product as described *by D***O on Reviewed in the United States on October 4, 2017* I have a 7.5 heel but an 8.5-9 shoe size this worked pretty well. I didn't understand it had a clear plastic cover for its self adhesive so occasionally it would slip. The cushion is just under 1/4" thick so expect 1/2-1 shoe size (in the heel) I'm a male so I've only tried this in a pair of cross trainers and a pair of Johnston and Murphy dress shoes.
