An excellent meat thermometer. It is quite fast, but not the quickest. The magnet does hold on to appropriate metal services. It’s easy to use and the instructions are clear- it has a calibration process so can be reset. Also mine was set to Fahrenheit not Celsius, so had to change that on arrival because Fahrenheit makes no sense to me.
