I didn't even think about changing the water filter in my LG refrigerator until the ice started leaving white flakes in the drinks that they were put into. After a little research, I chose these as the price and features were right.On receiving the package I attempted an install of the filters. It seemed easy on first glance and within minutes I had the first filter installed. Wrong. It started leaking. The O-rings are protected by plastic cups, and when I first installed it I pushed the ring off of its seat. It leaked. After realizing my mistake I installed the next making sure not to touch the O-ring to anything. It worked like a charm, and I haven't had a leaky install since the first one.
