I bought it in pink; the colors are true and lasting, and it's really attractive. The grip/handle is very comfortable. I love the length of 5 ft, not 6 ft; I prefer to keep my dog closer to me, and not allow her too much freedom or to think she's in charge of our walk. I love the light weight and ease on my arm, not heavy and thick as many 6 ft leashes are. I would have given it 5 stars except my 1 yr old, 50+ pound (so med/large) pup has already chewed into the rope just above the leather at the hook/closure; if the leather piece was longer, then this wouldn't have happened. I have been using the leash and keep it hanging outside and it hasn't weathered at all in the Memphis heat and humidity. I frequently get compliments walking the dogs on what a nice leash. The leash itself appears to be high quality climbing rope and the leather/attachments are good quality. It fits in my hand without it being too thick. I have small hands but a powerful pitbull mix - she weighs 60 lbs. and is all muscle. The padded handle is very comfortable. The only thing I could do without is the ring that's attached around the handle - don't like the feel of the ring while I'm holding the handle. It would have been better if it was attached elsewhere, but it's a minor issue.
