Review: Great product, simple to use. - Simple to use and great results. Review: Use this in place of spackle. Much better product. - I use this stuff to patch nail holes on the walls and it works so much better then spackle. When you use spackle a lot of the time it dries with a concave divot and you need to apply another coat. This plastic wood latex filler dries flat so you only need one coat usually. It also dries very quickly which is very convenient. It is super easy to apply and does not have any noticeable smell. The color is like a light beige with a little yellow tinge to it. It covers very easily with paint and can be sanded down nicely. Highly recommend this product over spackle. ## Features - DAP plastic wood filler looks and acts like real wood; ideal for corners and vertical surfaces on interior or exterior wood - Easy-to-use, latex-based formula can be planed, cut, drilled, screwed, nailed, sanded, stained and painted, unlike many wood putty fillers - Walnut wood filler is shrink, crack and crumble resistant with strong nail and screw anchoring for easy wood repairs - Thick, knife grade formula can be molded and sculpted allowing it to fill any shape imperfection - Low odor wood filler dries in 3 to 6 hours for repairs up to 1/8" in depth and 36 hours for deeper fills 1/4" and over ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01IY78L24 | | Best Sellers Rank | #11,240 in Industrial & Scientific ( See Top 100 in Industrial & Scientific ) #12 in Latex Caulk | | Color | Walnut | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 4.4 out of 5 stars (1,716) | | Date First Available | July 23, 2016 | | Included Components | 1 Tube | | Item Package Quantity | 1 | | Item Weight | 6.1 ounces | | Item model number | 7079800584 | | Manufacturer | DAP | | Material | Latex Polymer | | Number Of Pieces | 1 | | Part Number | 7079800584 | | Product Dimensions | 2.5 x 2.5 x 7.25 inches | | Shape | shape | | Size | 6 oz | | Special Features | special_feature | | Style | Plastic Wood | | Thickness | 1 inches | | Usage | specific_uses_for_product | | Warranty Description | Warranty | ## Images ![Plastic Wood All Purpose Latex Wood Filler, Walnut, 6 Oz (7079800584) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/611CE0SQpDL.jpg) ![Plastic Wood All Purpose Latex Wood Filler, Walnut, 6 Oz (7079800584) - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/711zF8vGXoL.jpg) ![Plastic Wood All Purpose Latex Wood Filler, Walnut, 6 Oz (7079800584) - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81Y4uaeJ0jL.jpg) ![Plastic Wood All Purpose Latex Wood Filler, Walnut, 6 Oz (7079800584) - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81WNMHhigsL.jpg) ![Plastic Wood All Purpose Latex Wood Filler, Walnut, 6 Oz (7079800584) - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61Z7ADQAisL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size, Style** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product, simple to use. *by E***T on October 1, 2026* Simple to use and great results. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Use this in place of spackle.
