The cable was easy to run behind the wall. Overall it's really flexible and seems durable. The ends stick out a bit and I couldn't place my AV rack as far back as I would like because it sticks out. The concept of switching the heads is terrific for future proofing. If I could give it 4.5 I would. The RUIPRO Gen4A fiber optic HDMI is the only cable that worked reliably. It handles 4K HDR at 165Hz without flickering, signal drops, black screens, or audio issues. Rock solid, even under sustained use. This confirms what most listings don’t admit: many HDMI claims are advertising, not engineering. If you actually need high bandwidth HDR at longer distances, fiber is not optional. it’s the solution. Expensive compared to copper, but cheaper than buying and returning multiple “certified” cables that don’t deliver. Also surprisingly thin and flexible for such a quality.
