It comes with three resistance levels, and the foot stirrups are comfortable and secure. I bought the heavy version, and at 6 ft tall I find overhead lifts almost impossible—which says more about the resistance than my strength! A great workout tool if you’re looking for a serious challenge.

The item seems very sturdy and good quality. Upon receiving my items though the box looked liked it had previously been opened and resealed, then when placing the bar pieces together i noticed there was brownish colour marks all over the bar.. doesnt affect the use but now im not certain if this hasnt been used before.
