It mixed instantly with no issues. For all the health benefits - the flavor and texture were good. It's a lighter chocolate flavor and knowing it is sweetened with Monk Fruit and Stevia is a real positive. The scoop is enclosed - which is nice too. Definitely a good product to be able to mix with other healthy ingredients to increase protein intake. So many protein powders claim to be organic and healthy and at a closer look - there's more.
