It tastes bitter but I think that's what amla powder tastes like. Color is okay, it forms lumps when mixed with water and that's completely normal.

I take it at night with warm water ,amla and mulethi sometimes triphala too ,it works best at night . I had severe allergies for 16 years but I recovered immediately. No funny nose,no sneezing ,no sinus issues .
