Our employees prefer these over the others we have had in the past. The cutter made on top of the unit has been very handy. I had one unit that rapped the film around the drum and sealed itself up tight on the drum. I could not get it out, but Customer service helped me with it and in the end, they replaced the unit for me. I am very happy with the service provided after the sale.
