I put about a cap-full in my morning latte and it wasn't too bad. It was sweet and tasted vaguely of pumpkin spice. There was a bit of an aftertaste but I have come to expect that of sugar free products. I imagine that this as close as it gets to sugar-free pumpkin spice and I think it is great for what it is. I tried the syrup by itself and it doesn't taste like pumpkin, but it did taste like spices.
