Review: Favorite gluten free pasta brand - I've been Celiac for over a decade and I'm so glad I found these! I'm Italian and while it's easy to find gluten free food in Italy, its not as easy here in the states. These are easy to use, simply follow the instructions. I will say that piping the cheese mixture inside of them is a bit of a challenge, but the end result is delicious! My husband who has no food allergies said he couldn't tell the difference. Jovial always puts out high quality food with great flavor and excellent texture. They are my go-to for gluten free pasta because not only are they gluten free, they are also corn free. You can have these cooked in only a few minutes, so they are very quick to cook initially.

I have bought Jovial Fusili pasta, Manicotti and their Lasagna noodles. The lasagna falls apart completely! And that’s after less than 4 minutes of boiling! The other two pasta’s maintain their shape and taste as good as any other pasta. But their lasagna noodles are a disaster!!
