The refill system is a neat idea, but I did run into some issues with the setup. Getting the refill stick into the case was a little messy—it required some cleanup around the edges. Also, once the stick is inside, it’s only held in place by gravity, so if you flip it upside down, it will fall out. That said, once it’s in and you’re using it normally, it works great, feels smooth, and the scent lasts. I love that it’s aluminum-free, vegan, and eco-friendly.
