My daughter’s implants stay in place, even for gymnastics. I really like the design, but I wish there were rubber or something on the inside of the headband, and possibly the loop for the device above the ear. The headband slides up and down her head a lot, I'm constantly putting it back in place, and the device slides up out of the lower loop occasionally as well if we are using one of our smaller batteries.
