And saved me from going back to the doctor for medicines that weren’t very helpful. The GA allowed quick healing after I cut out the trigger foods, continued upper body elevation at night, and refraining from eating for 4 hours before lying down. I don’t know that GA would be so effective without the modifications. Even with my sensitive gag reflex, I have been able to take GA without difficulty. I don’t like the flavor and thick texture, but I tolerate it well and am getting accustomed to it.
