Nipples will poke through, so you might want to get some pasties, but my areoles didn’t show, so that was great. I am 5’7 and my weight usually fluctuates between 114-120lbs, so I got a size Medium. At my highest weight, the medium will feel true to size and be really comfortable, but it’s not something I actually enjoy because if I get bloated from eating, I start to feel insecure about my stomach area.
