I LOVE that they are seamless and they are so easy to clean, a huge upgrade from the other stainless skillets I have been using for years. Haven't noticed any issues with uneven heating, and the look is just sleek. Pan frying with 1/4-1/2 inch of oil/fat yielded no stickiness - but sometimes you want the stuck bits and these are perfect for deglazing and creating sauces. A trick for cleaning is to add a bit of water to the pan - either when still hot (after you've removed your food), or even later - just throw it back on a medium heat for a few minutes and check with a spatula. After 3-5 minutes the stuck food just slides up. I use a bamboo scrub brush to (lightly) finish any stubborn bits, but have never had to use any elbow grease or effort. Will be using/loving these pans for years, I am sure! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic pan, punches well above its price *by J***S on July 2, 2025* Incredible quality for the price. Heats evenly, holds the heat well, cooks food quickly and develops a fantastic sear. Does well with sauces, never sticking and releasing the fond with ease as soon as it's deglazed. Practically indestructible, plays nicely with Barkeeper's Friend for cleaning, includes a quality tempered glass lid that I prefer over even All-Clad's standard. A bit heavy for its size, as expected of triclad cookware, about right in the middle between a cheap nonstick and a decent cast iron skillet of the same diameter. The only compaint I'd have is the size of the cook surface, a bit small for the pan's diameter, struggling to fit more than three chicken thighs at once without overcrowding which makes it less suitable for large family meals, but it makes good use of the space consumed with a smooth curvature that lends itself well to tossing; it's just a shame as it necessitates me getting a larger 14" pan for my needs, which tends to be much more expensive and much harder to find, especially in similar quality.
