**Q: 5'11" 215 pounds what size do you recommend?**
A: I purchased this mask for my husband who is 5'5" and 185lbs he got size M and he suggests that if you wish to purchase the same mask for yourself, that you should be okay with size M as well

**Q: Is there resistance on the exhale?**
A: Not much. There is a bit of a resistance  but not very noticeable on the lower settings.

**Q: Hello. I’m 6’3 230 lbs what size I need to buy?**
A: Mine is adjustable but if anything go for a medium or large. I’m 5’8 and 150 lbs and I have a medium
