I find these peppers to be of good quality, and have wonderful flavors that compliment my South-of-the-Border recipes. These chiles are not artificially dried, but use nothing but sunlight, and that helps to preserve their deep earthy flavors, plus no chemicals are used. As long as Rico Rico continues their tradition of quality peppers, I will continue to purchase them.
