De warm koud kop is echt geweldig. Goede temperatuur voor verwarmen en koelen bij pijntjes of blessures. Je kunt zelfs de massage stand activeren in combinatie met verwarmen (of koelen alhoewel dat niet aan te raden is). Batterij houdt het goed vol en is vervangbaar.
