I was eager to get started with my meal planning and prepping. However, the very first time I took the lid off, three of these containers broke down the side. The lids would not secure after that, making them useless. The concept is perfect, but the execution leaves a little to be desired. I still use the ones that I have left. They slowly succumb to their flimsiness, and I throw them away when they break. When it got to my house yesterday, I opened the box and started to separate the containers and lids, then I heard a snap. I couldn't see what broke so I continued to put them in the dishwasher. When I took it out, 4 out of 10 containers had holes and cracks in it. I cant even use half of what I purchased! How disappointing :( obviously not dishwasher safe, and very cheaply made.
