The contractor had disregarded instructions for my surface mount mirror. He had mounted the brackets in the wrong spot with wood scraps to basically have it balanced it up on the wall slightly gripping until one day the wood slipped and it fell. I have very nice thick marble tile making it impossible to find studs and not easy to drill new holes.
