Review: Terrible customer service - This product has never worked effectively. After a short while the right hand track comes adrift and it either goes around in circles or stops. If you go to the Zodiac website and fill in the customer service online form, no-one responds. I have tried twice and am now resorting to calling Astral UK who apparently have taken over the European supply for Zodiac. Very poor. I would avoid purchase.
Review: Best pool cleaner of its type in my opinion. - This is a fantastic cleaner that moves quickly and climbs the walls well. Takes me 2 minutes to open the cover and drop it in then I can forget about it and come back a couple of hours later to a clean pool. The connector hoses get a bit scratched up at the end but I've got 3 spares for when individual ones eventually fail and I can buy a replacement set when the time comes. I don't bother with the flow meter adjustment section as my pressure is fine without it. I haven't got the optional leaf collector. If there's a lot of leaves, I use a certikin kornea and collect the leaves in the skimmer basket (saves having to open the pump basket). Highly recommended.

A: Yes, that's exactly what I have and it works perfectly

**Q: Will this work on a above pool**
A: Yes but only if it has rigid walls. You also need to make sure that your pump is powerful enough - it needs 3/4hp minimum but I would say at least 1hp. If you have that then it's a very good cleaner.

**Q: Hi, what’s the difference between this model and the mx8 please?**
A: Mx9 has little tabs on the sweeper head which polish the pool. They are available to retrofit into an MX 8 on Amazon.

**Q: What is the difference between the MX8 and this model?**
A: Hello good morning, there are no big differences, however, on the internet or on the official Zodiac website, you can download all the technical features and details of each model and you can see everything better.

Ich habe diesen Roboter seit mehr als 10 Jahren im Gebrauch. Ich habe diverse Reiniger probiert, die teilweise das 3 bis 4fache gekostet haben. Die MX8 oder Mx9 sind absolut die besten. Die Wände, den Wasserrand und der Boden werden schnell und immer einwandfrei gereinigt. Meine Roboter laufen im Dauerbetrieb, da ich oft über Monate nicht da bin. Meine Poolpfleger sind ausschließlich mit der gesamten Pooltechnik, wie Wasserqualität Pumpe usw beschäftigt, reinigen mit Bürste und Boden Saugen ist schon lange nicht mehr nötig.
