His take: "It's ok if you like the flavor of cardboard." I thought the taste is OK but the texture very strange. This cereal costs 66 cents an ounce and our old standbys of oat rings and shredded wheat biscuits cost 22 cents and 33 cents per ounce respectively. A serving of StaySteady Vanilla Almond has 180 calories, 21g protein, 9g fiber and 2g sugar. The oat rings cereal has 100 calories per serving and 3g protein, 3g fiber and 1g sugar. The wheat biscuit cereal has 170 calories per serving, 6g protein, 7g fiber and zero sugar.
